CALIFORNIA BOYS STATE INDUCTS RYAN SILVER INTO HALL OF FAME

Ryan Silver 39 was inducted into California Boys State Hall of Fame. Silver is the youngest inductee ever into California Boys State Hall of Fane. Silver has been a counselor at American Legion California Boys State for twenty plus years. California State Senator Henry Stern inducted Silver into Hall of Fame and said “Ryan Silver is a tremendous leader who has dedicated his life to serving the community and helping others l He is an inspiration and role model. He was incredibly impactful in my life in the time we spent together at Malibu High School.

Silver is a 2003 graduate of Malibu High Sxhool. He had an extremely successful nightclub career. He was the Head Coach at Rolling Hills Prep and Sierra Canyon. At Sierra Canyon he won the schools first CiF championship and was named state Coach of the year iIn 2012 Silver created West Coast Eltie Basketball and West Coast Eltie Under Armour. Silver sold West Coast Elite Basketball amd West Coast Eltie Under Armour to 3 Step Sports/Fertita Capital in March of 2020. They have quickly become two of the most iconic brands in basketball.

The Ryan Silver imprint on college basketball is outstanding. Silver has placed over five hundred student athletes at numerous colleges and universities. He currently has over twenty West Coast Eltie cosches coaching at the collegiate level.

Ryan Silver community outreach is amazing. He serves on the Board of Directors of California Boys State Foundation, the HOPE board and the Ryan Silver foundation. He also serves on Under Armour grassroots board of Directors and has been given numerous community service awards including Los Angeles Community service award, Presidents Service award, the CA State Assembly and Senate community service awards. The Ryan Silver foundation has helped student-athletes with over two million dollars in scholarships.
