Ryan Silver, President of West Coast Elite Basketball and West Coast Elite Under Armour, will receive the Los Angeles Community Service Award from the City of Los Angeles for his service to the local community. Silver created the Silver Scholarship Fund which provides underprivileged youth opportunities to pursue higher education. Silver has also helped hundreds of youth and families receive college basketball scholarships.

Silvers West Coast Elite Under Armour program will compete in events across the United States this Summer, along with his West Coast Elite Basketball program hosting a number of events across the Western United States.
